One of the world’s hottest peppers with a fruity and sweet/hot aroma and a pleasant undertone of chocolate/cherry taste. The flavor is not sacrificed for the extreme heat. A little goes a long way – ¼ pepper heats up a full pot of chili! Also great to dry and grind into flakes.

Scoville units: 1.5 - 2.2 million
