Pepper, Banana, Sweet

Heirloom. Named for its banana-like shape, this variety bears mild, sweet peppers that mature from yellow to orange to crimson red. Plants fruit prolifically, producing up to 25 -30 pods per plant. Plants are compact at 2’, peppers are 6-7”.  Great for frying and pickling and are an excellent choice for making pepper rings.
