Blooming from July into September the almost fluorescent flower clusters have an airy see-through look, a perfect accompaniment to purple castor bean, tall verbena, vernonia, and more in the mid to late summer garden.
A sometimes short-lived perennial that self-sows modestly, it also is an excellent cut flower and is deer and rabbit resistant too!
